InPost is a leader in modern logistics services in Poland, handling millions of shipments daily for individual and business customers. Our partnership began in 2017, and since then, we have been continuously supporting InPost in the digital transformation of its key online services – both in Poland and on international markets.

When developing InPost's online services, we had to address a number of challenges specific to the logistics industry:

To meet InPost's needs, we have implemented flexible and scalable websites based on the Drupal CMS (versions 7–10), which provide:

Integrations with key InPost systems, such as Parcel Manager, ShipX, ticketing tools, Ezoic, Sales Manago, and others.

Search engines based on ElasticSearch – fast and precise search for pickup and delivery points.

Parcel locker mapping system using OpenStreetMap and Google Maps (for InPost.it).

Safe data migration between subsequent versions of services.

International dimension
One of the key elements of this collaboration was supporting InPost's expansion into foreign markets. In 2021, we completed a comprehensive rollout of the InPost.it service for the Italian market, which is continuously developed and maintained in collaboration with the local InPost team.

Our collaboration with InPost is based on a partnership approach and flexibility. We work in an agile model, handling multiple projects and products in parallel. We carry out daily development and support tasks using ticketing systems, which allows for efficient communication and rapid response to customer needs.
